Does this mean I can deep strike turn 1? I have a kharybdis assault claw, n ia13 nor 7ed rule book explain this.

Drop Pod assault forces you to bring in half of your total pods from reserve(rounded up) on turn 1.
The rest are rolled for as normal on turn 2+
|

If you don't have the rulebook nor the rules for the pod, I'm not sure how you intend to play your army? If you can afford forgeworld, you should be able to afford the rules, and if you got it as a gift or 2nd hand, then there are ways and means to get a pdf copy ... until you can afford the rulebooks of course.

Speculation: I believe he means that he cannot find the rule in either of those books.

The Drop Pod Assault rules are in IA13 just a few pages before the Kharybdis entry, under the Dreadclaw entry.
