The Slaanesh Subjugator was released in Epic along with the Slaanesh Hell Knight, Questor, Hell Scourge and Hell Strider.

Once upon a time, it had PDF rules released for 40k by GW back when super-heavies had Structure Points instead of Hull Points.

Given that I own a conversion of one, I thought I'd put out some updated rules.

500 points

Super-Heavy Walker
WS 4
BS 3
S 10
Armour 12/12/10
I 2
A 5
HP 9

Wargear:
Two Tormentor Cannons
Two Hell Slicers
Twin-linked Blastmaster
Subjugator Doom Siren

Tormentor Cannon - 48" S8 AP3 Large Blast, Pinning, Primary Weapon
Blastmaster (Varied) - 36" S5 AP4 Assault 2, Pinning, Ignores Cover
Blastmaster (Single) - 48" S8 AP3 Heavy 1, Blast, Pinning, Ignores Cover
Subjugator Doom Siren - Hellstorm S5 AP3 Assault 1

Special Rules:
Daemon
Daemonforge (See Codex CSM)
Daemonic Possession (See Codex CSM)
Hell Slicer - lose two attacks for each claw destroyed
Agile: In the Shooting phase, the Subjugator can choose to do one of the following:
1) Fire all available weapons as normal
2) Fire a single Primary Weapon and move an extra D6" (Note: this does not prevent assaulting)
3) Fire no weapons other than its Doom Siren and move an extra 2D6" (Note: this does not prevent assaulting)

Thoughts:
Daemonic Possession is worse than the Possessed rule it had previously (works only on a 2+ instead of always)
Gain of the 5++ save from Daemon is big
9 HP vs. 6 HP for other knights? Had 3 SP before the 1 SP = 3 HP balance, plus front armour 12 instead of 13
Not sure about assaulting after movement per Agile: original wording referenced 5th Ed. Fleet of Foot rule which allowed for charging after run, but the original wording didn't specifically call the Agile movement a "run". Possibly OP: theoretical 36" charges.
Daemonforge seems thematic, possible OP

comparison vs. an Imperial Knight: no access to Strength D, front 12, no 4++ ion shield, but a 5++ that also works in CC and isn't limited to arc, additional HP

I think it's overgunned. You've got the primary weapons of two Imperial Knights in the Tormentor Cannons and Doom Siren, it'd be better to settle on just one.

Why is it I2?

The wargear and I2 is from the original GW datasheet

Keep in mind the Knight's battle cannon is Ordnance 2 with 72" range.

The difference between 48" and 72" on a chassis that moves 12" a turn and rarely has LoS issues is pretty minimal. Ordinance is nice, but so is the ability to fire your two blasts at two different targets.

I2 is dumb.

For 500 points, I think the guns are fine.

for 500 points, it might be a little under powered. I expected a cool uber melee slaanesh MC by the title but boy was I wrong. That is also the coolest conversion ever.

I went to Hershey Park in central PA this year, and I have to say I was more than a little disappointed. I fully expected the entire theme park to be make entirely of chocolate, but no. Here in America, we have "building codes," and some other nonsense about chocolate melting if don't store it someplace kept below room temperature.
