Hi I started the hobby around 1991, painting heroquest figures, then up to "epic" spacemarine to 40k, (bloodbowl too), moved all the old boxes from the attic and started painting my not yet painted beautiful eldar pewter models.
I did do some greenstuff modeling over the years, looking forward to spending more time here again.
I will first show you my Avatar conversion;
I love the detail on the model, but to be fair the pose overall sucked.
I think the model itself looks more like an angry gnome deity, not at all nimble and lightning fast like all eldar should be, and for christ sake what where they thinking with the pronounced buttocks it looks like a character of the village people.
No worries just hacked it to bits and added glorious putty.
The arms may need some shortening again, but i think it looks more fierce overall.
Needs more work but I think the idea is clear.

The basing looks like it could be a little more well sized for the model.

Thanks! The base is a wip, basically adding all the leftover bits of putty to it, in the end it's intended that he stands over a fissure with lava bubbling up from it, for now he base is just for fixing the model firmly so that i don't have to touch it.
I look forward to meeting you there as well.
