Dreadknights are usually the way to go, but str 10 I5 punches if you make it through the hail of d shots isn't fun. Anything of yours that catches it has a reasonable chance of killing it due to Hammers and force though. Just take multiple Dreadknights (as in 4x dk's) and try and get 2+ into combat, at least then 1 should get to swing and drop it.
But yeah, unless you want to ally in grav in pods, you're not going to have an easy time against eldar as gk.
