Hey everyone, I just checked the GW website and saw a new item in the DE section. I'm relatively new to the game and had never seen one of these munitorum supplements. Can anyone shed some light as to what this is?

It's just a bit of fluff that talks about some of the wargear that faction can have, how it works, who invented it, notable characters that have one. It's all fluff, no mechanics in it, so you're not missing out unless you really wanted to know how the DE 2++ works according to some guy.
