So, I want to try a bit of a multiwing approach because I want to try something different compared to my Ravenwing. The list is meant to be fun and not especially competititve as I play in a very friendly and allowing environment.
Preferences:
Azrael as HQ (friends have allowed me to use him as a HQ instead of a Company Master)
Company Veterans/Command Squad
At least 1 squad of Deathwing
CAD
HQ:
Supreme Grand Master Azrael - 215
Elites:
Command Squad w/ Sacred Banner, 4 Grav-guns and Apothecary in a Drop Pod w/ Locator Beacon - 245
Deathwing Terminator Squad w/ Assault Cannon and TH/SS - 230
Deathwing Terminator Squad w/ Plasma Cannon and TH/SS - 225
Troops:
Tactical Squad with 5 additional marines, Grav-gun, Combi-weapon and Grav-cannon in a Drop Pod w/ Locator Beacon - 245
Tactical Squad with Meltagun and Combi-weapon in a Drop Pod - 125
Fast Attack:
Ravenwing Black Knights - 120
Ravenwing Bike Squad w/ 2 Meltaguns - 95
TOTAL COST: 1500
Azrael goes with the Command Squad, Command Squad and large Tactical Squad drop pods and hopefully damages an enemy flank while the Ravenwing units support them. Terminators and the other Tactical Squad come in turn 2 (Azrael most likely choosing Briilliant Planning as Warlord Trait to ensure that the Deathwing comes).
Opinions and feedback? I've also entertained the notion of using a Battle demi-company with Azrael, supported by a Deathwing Strike Force or a Deathwing Redemption Force.

i think this is a bad list, mainly because of azreal and the general lukewarm feeling it leaves reading it all. azreal is just awful and everything here is short ranged and an infantry or a bike, your going to get flattened i feel

As I said, it is not a competitive environment at all. We meet every other weekend to play a few games and have fun, so I don't want a list that'll win me every game because then neither my friends or me will have any fun. Once I tabled one in turn 2 and it was most likely the most boring game I've ever played.
Any other alternative for playing with Azrael?

Only the Command Squad (with Azzy I guess) Packs any real punch. If you don't face any Grav the terminators could maybe do some work but that's a big if. They are still slow and the enemy can just circles around them. As an area/objective denial unit a dedicated Drop Pod from your troops does the same job even better. You don't have enough anti-tank and your bike units are so small that even one casualty is going to force a Ld check and reducing their efficiency even further. That is, if they just don't get shot off the table right away, they have nothing to support them.

So I revised it a little after your comments and added some more bikers and anti-tank while attempting to keep to core of the list. I usually face Tyranids, Space Marines (without a heavy grav-focus), Slaaneshi Chaos Space Marines, Dark Eldar with Harlequins, Necrons (warriors in Ghost Arks with a few Wraiths and Tomb Blades for support) and Daemons of Nurgle. Special and heavy weapons will be swapped out depending on who am I facing (and nobody minds), so this is focused against Space Marines of both alignments.

Supreme Grand Master Azrael - 215

Command Squad w/ Sacred Banner, 5 Grav-guns in a Drop Pod - 235

I am not overly afraid of morale checks due to Azrael granting his leadership to everyone, and the banner will certainly improve it even more. I will basically only face Dreadnoughts, Ghost Arks and Rhinos so focusing on anti-tank is not that important, whilst flyers and flying monstrous creatures are almost non-existant.

azreal can be ignored in favour of pretty much anyone you want, they either out utility him or they outfight him (except for asmodai who is pretty much the worst hq in the entire game) that includes the land raider excel/rhino primaris
also im surprised you havent considered bring anti-air somewhere considering you fight codex marine (who sometimes take stormtalons), chaos marines (who love heldrakes), chaos daemons (famous for their flying daemon princes), tyranids (who always bring a flying hive tyrant with wings), and dark eldar (who take skimmers and sometimes flyers too)

None of my friends actually own any flyers, apart from a couple of Daemon princes that almost never see any play. But I'll keep the Azrael comment in mind!
If anyone has a different Greenwing setup in mind I'd like to hear it. Would a Company Master with AA/MoR be a good improvement to Azrael?

in terms of melee damage yes, azreal is actually pretty bad, his statline is the same as belials except belial has a better sword and by proxy that makes the mace of redemption better then azreals blade, really if you take azreal its for the warlord trait pick over roll (but you have a reroll anyway so its not like that matters much), and for the 4+ invul handout he can provide since his shooting is objectively replaceable (its just a combi plasma you can get over it). so while you lose some utility hes better.
a librarian/ezekiel is also an option because their utlity is far better then azreals could ever be. and a chaplain isnt as good at utility but is better at CC again because he can have a mace of redemption. in general this is the reason azreal is bad, the mace of redemption exists , belial exists, and his power field generator like effect from the lions helm just isnt good enough as a one off buff.
azreal used to be awesome back when his combi plasma had infinite charges and had blind, cause then you could put him with a squad and effectively give them a better plasma gun and even then he was overcosted. azreals points value hasnt changed in 2 editions now, and its in sorry need of either a major price drop or a serious rules overhaul. i think for 215 points azreal should be on par with guys like logan or dante in terms of combat significance. how would i make him relevant? deepstrike for starters and eternal warrior. and then we can start talking about maybe buffing the sword of secrets to not being objectively inferior to a 15 point relic power maul you can slap on anybody. like say s+4, ap2, ignores magic for starters. that would be a pretty nice blade and would make it a directly compareable weapon to the sword of silence. it would probably mean dark angels would even take skyhammers of shadowstrike kill teams as allies because it would make azreal a bloody killing machine which is good, its time azreal became more then a bad company master
