Anti-infantry? Check.
Anti-tank? Check.
Anti-elite? Check.
Anti-character? My only real criticism is your Wolf Lord seems a little bit derp. The Storm Bolter isn't the best option, it's extra points for shooting and Wolf Lords are best for close combat, and keeping a bolt pistol will grant you an attack. I personally don't like Power Fists on characters because of the Initiative, but some people love them so I'll leave that to you.

I would suggest dropping the fists on the skyclaws to power axes. Use saved points to get runic armor for your wolf lord. The axes give you the extra attack with the bolt pistol. Other than that, i like the list.

You're completely wasting your time with the Skyclaws and Swiftclaws. The WS of 3 blows, they'll never make back their points. Change them out for a squad of thunderwolf Calvary with all the fixings and instead of taking a wolf lord take Harold. Also, with space wolves you need 2 HQ's in their CAD list for it to be bound.

They can just take a normal CAD....

I for one have always liked the claws. The ws3 very rarely makes a difference to your killing power because of how many things are ws4. Although I would remove them if you're against marines because ATSKNF cheese.
