I made an order from this bitz seller (on their website letthedicdecide.co.uk) and made my payment but then got an email yesterday saying my order had Failed. I can't see any reason for the failure, the oney was taken from my account already, the bitz were all in stock and I live in the UK so I can't see any reason for it. Its probably nothing but just wondering if I should be worried over this?

I used them before albeit quite a few years ago now, the transaction went through fine.

I would give them a ring to clarify the matter.

I had this same problem (albeit not with the site in question) where my money had been sent but my order had not been received , I even rang the company and they said they hadn't received an order either. (strange)
In the end I had to ring my bank who got the money back straight away.

Ok, it seems like this might be a one off issue or a bip. I actually got th email a few days ago confirming my order had been recieved and was To Be Processed before which is why I panicked. But given your responses I think it'll be ok, I sent an email to clarify the issue as well so it should be fine. Thanks guys!
