hi need help again making some lists again i got alot more orks this time and dont know an efficient way to field them
Heres what i got 1000,1500 and 2000
140 ork boys
15 shootas
8 bikes
6 kopters
4 trukks
3 killa kans
1 dreadnaught
10 rocket assault guys
8 burna boy
8 heavy mechine guys
3 missile guys
34 runts 2 runt herders
3 wierd boys
4 war bosses
6 nobz with powerklaw

With what you have here try this as an all around:

984 pt:
12 boyz,nob,pk,bp,trukk (rokkit launcha),ram 147x2 294
11 boyz,nob,pk, trukk (rokkit launcha),ram 136
Warboss, lucky stikk, 'eavy armor,pk,bp,shoota (with 3rd trukk squad) 119
10 tankbustas (rocket assault guys/?),trukk,ram 165
5 lootas (heavy machine guys/missile guys can count as lootas with ease) 70x2=140
5 bikers,nob,pk,bp 130
16 points to play with, you can increase/decrease tankbustas and lootas as you see fit. With 16 pts you could do red paint on trukks, boarding plank on warboss trukk, attack squig on warboss, rokkit launchas/big shootas in boyz squads, bomb squigs on tankbustas, nob with big choppa for tankbustas,etc.

If you don't like tankbustas you can take another trukk of boyz and bring more bikers. In low points tankbustas can crack what lootas may struggle with, they also help vs monstrous creatures and sv3+ if you can get them to some decent cover to camp.

1481 pt:
CAD1:
11 boyz,nob,pk, trukk (rokkit launcha),ram 136x2=272
12 boyz,nob,pk,bp,trukk (rokkit launcha),ram 147

3 deffkoptas (run as single units for maelstrom games, twin linked rokkits is the best option usually) 90

3 deffkoptas (same as above or split all up into 3 squads of 2 if you don't mind them running when 1 dies) 90

19 pts extra here, these lists are just base ideas based on your currently listed models. You could also drop the 2nd CAD and put a weirdboy level 2 into a 30 man slugga boy squad and hope for da jump

Maybe get 2 more trukks or a battlewagon for this range or higher if you plan on doing a convoy list. Warboss in a wagon with meganobz or boyz will have a higher chance of getting to your opponent's side of the board. Biker warbosses are amazing for delivering pain too. Burna boyz work best in battlewagons or as mechanics for gun wagons/walkers. If you are restricted to 1 CAD you can take 3 killa kans in your main CAD with grotzookas or rokkit launchas. Skorchas are a waste of their ballistic skill.

At 2000 points you might be at a disadvantage with only 4 trukks. I personally only run 4 trukks in my 1850 but they have a unit of 8 tankbustas in each and the rest of my army is made up of deffkoptas, lootas and warbikers with my warlord as Zhadsnark da Rippa from the Dred Mob book by Forgeworld. I also have a painboy on a bike. With the new formations in the Waaagh! Ghazghkull updated supplement you might be able to make use of the Great Waaagh!-Band detachments. Most of your army fits in well with it, and it grants some neat benefits.

Tommy's suggestions are good, although I'd guess that "rocket assault guys" are Stormboys rather than Tankbustas ("missile guys"?). In which case kitbash together some more rockit-armed orks for the tankbuster unit.

As an unrelated note, how do you have over a hundred and fifty Orks and only 15 with Shootas?

Idk i bought some lots just to get started past 500. Also i think they are storm boyz not tank bustas but my friends are very casual and dont care at all so i can just use them as tank bustas. On the shoota thing thats just how they came but again i can just use boyz as them. Also thank you guys so much i hope to field these army on monday

My bad about the stormboyz, you can put more boyz in the 4th trukk if you don't want to have to get more models, or the burna boyz. 8 burnas are around the same points as 10 tankbustas. Do you have a stormboyz nob? They are so much more useful witha klaw nob. Worst case scenario you can count a normal nob as a stormboyz nob (make him a backback thing with twist ties and a pen cap if you want him on foot sometimes too).

yes one is a nob but are tankbusters really good? and it doesnt matter at all whats on the unit very very casual. how would you them compared to tank bustas?

Tankbustas are much more competitive than Stormboys - at least in my opinion. Orks lack anything much that can threaten armour outside of power klaws, so ranged anti-tank is really useful (allowing you to pop a transport and then assault the squishy contents with boyz!)

Stompas are good in general and better if you fill them with big meks, meks and a force field on a big mek to repair them every turn. Your burna boyz unit can upgrade 3 of their models to meks for free.

If you use the Forgeworld rules for Mek Boss Buzzgob's kustom mek stompa you end up with a very cheap stompa points-wise (400? before upgrades). It also gets the mek boss inside it to start.

If you're going to get a stompa grab a min squad of 5 burna boys, upgrade 3 of them to meks, and stick them inside.

If you have the forgeworld Stompa with Buzzgobyou can potentially repair 4 HPs per turn.
