I know you've posted some L'Art de la Guerre reports before, you're getting on well with the ruleset I assume then? It seems very flexible for this kind of game.

Bad rolls are going to happen. And frankly that was a good time for 3 1's as we weren't planning on moving much anyway.

L' Art de la Guerre has a log going for it. There is a bit of rock-paper-sissors with the troop type. A bit of not being to control your troops. It's a bit more portable than Warrior or DBM. And the game time of 2.5 hours is easier on the endurance.
