Subject: [2000] - Tau - Powerful but Casual Hunter Contingent

So i'm not quite a veteran but a relatively experienced Tau player. My current Lists have always been somewhat competitive and I've only recently started playing with formations and have started playing with the Idea of using the Hunters contingent. As and FYI the only lists I really play against are CSM, Chaos Renegades, and a few Variations of 30k SM armies. Just looking to review if the list could use some improvement somewhere if needed OR if it's too Cheesy and needs to be tuned down.
Hunter Cadre: 1175pts
CDR Suit: 202pts
1x Fusion, 1x Plasma
NSJ, Onager, PEN, Iridium, Shield, Stims,
Elite: 449pts
Crisis team: 211pts
2 'ui, 1 'vre,
2x fusion blasters each, stims each
Crisis team: 238pts
3 'ui, 1'vre
2x plasma each, EWO each
Fast attack: 178pts
Pathfinder team: 89pts
2x shield drones, 4 PF, 1 'ui
Pathfinder team: 89pts
(identical to previous)
Heavy support: 73pts
Sniper Drone team: 73pts
1Marksmen, 4 snipers
Troops: 273pts
FW team: 91pts
8 FW pulse rifle, 'ui
FW team: 91pts
(Identical to previous)
FW team: 91pts
(identical to previous)
Auxiliary: 821pts
Firebase Support Cadre: 411pts
Riptide Battlesuit: 225pts
Ion, Fusion, Stims, EWO
Broadside Suit: 93pts
Rail Rifle, Plasma, Stims, Seeker
Broadside Suit: 92pts
HYMP, Plasma, Stims, Seeker
Optimized Stealth Cadre: 410pts
Stealth suits: 115pts
Stealth Suit BC
Stealth Suit BC
Stealth Suit 'vre
fusion, homing beacon
Stealth suits: 115pts
(identical to previous)
Ghostkeel Suit: 180pts
Ion Raker, TL'd fusion, stims, EWO
Total: 1996/2000
So the Idea behind the list is to really pose a huge threat to most AV including those using that pesky Armoured ceramite. The CDR will likely stick with the plasma squad for most of the match, Using the abilities of the PEN he will be giving tank hunter or monster hunter to other units just by using the contingents combined shooting ability. With him staying in the plasma squad it will still leave vehicles some slight consideration getting close because of his fusion. All the EWO on the Plasma team is for any frisky drop pods or Terminators. pathfinders will deploy or scout into some ruin cover and probably try to remain there all game giving markers and using the shield drones for the additional 4+sv wounds. The Fusion crisis team will DS in, relying on one or the other of the Stealth teams to get some quality shots on some armor, while still being able to jetpack into cover. (i've used that squad multiple times in my other lists and they've proved surprisingly difficult to remove even after the DS)
FW teams will basically just secure some early objectives or rifle down light infantry/try to pick off MEQ's with plenty of fire using the BS4 from Contingent. The Sniper team i've used before, and the bs5 marker is always appreciated and the snipers 24" rapid fire range has been useful for thinning out MEQ squads.
The Riptide is fairly standard. Ion is tried and true, fusion keeps those Decimators and dreadnoughts nervous when getting close. EWO for limiting drop pods and other DS's, especially if combining with the plasma team
Railside has found useful, especially when receiving BS4 and the tank hunter, and missileside is there to glance down things or put wounds on the likely rare flyer
the Optomized stealth team will probably deploy with one stealth suit nearby and another somewhat far away to give versatility for the fusion team DS, then they'll migrate back to the Ghostkeel to maximize effectiveness from the wall of mirrors, because even 16 bs4 ignores cover Burst cannon shots can be scary against AV10-11, especially if they get tank hunter from the CDR.
So what do you think, should it function properly? Is it Too Cheesy? Do you think it needs improvements?

Drop the FBSC. It isn't vary good, I don't think broadsides are very good right now. The riptide on the other hand is insanely good, so just stick that in your Contingent. Also, drop the path finders and ad a drone net. Give your commander drone controller, 2 missile pods, and target lock. Drop the vre's in your suit units. You are paying 10 points for +1 LD, not to mention the possibility of loosing a character. Also drop the ui in the fire warrior unit for the reasons stated above. You aren't doing your army any favors by having them. Tau break, that is what they do. I would also add another Riptide if you have one. The burst cannons are actually way better than IA right now. S6 is king right now and the rending is awesome. The gets hot is moot because you have a 2+ save. Rending is also insane. works against tanks and infantry, whats not to like? I run a riptide wing with 2 HBC and 1 IA and I am tempted to just run 3 HBC. everything else in the list seems cool. I like the OSC a lot, I don't think it is very good right now because tanks aren't that prominent due to MC's being really good. Still a good formation though.
