Working on an Iron Hands force which I plan on deploying via Drop Pod. In my tactical squads I want up upgrade my Sergeant's to Vet. Sergeant's and give them terminator armor. Will I still be able to use a drop pod to deploy my tactical squads with the mixed armor?

I do not believe that this is directly addressed anywhere.
The general rule of thumb is that a terminator takes up the space of two normal armour models. Since Pods are allowed to carry Terminators, you should be able to do it if you limit your squad to 8 Tac armoured models + the Termie armoured Vet.

i agree with loki - temies should take up the same room as two powered marines ~ similar to the landraider rules

thats correct 1 termie takes up 2 power armour seats. so it makes sence you could do that.

Er, can you even use iron hands with those old rules anymore?

I'm thinking not - new iron hands get heed the wisdom and techmarine commanders I think.

longshot is correct, you cant use iron hands with the old rules but if you really want to and your apponent does not mind, does not know, does not care than its all good.
