Your list would probably work OK for YAMS and funsies. If your local group plays ITS you'll be pigeon-holed into packing in more specialists since the paramedic is the only one you have.
As for order pools, there are a bunch of schools of thought on this and it largely depends on your points value. My opinion is this (and some may disagree) - think about total number of orders and try to maximize the number of orders in each pool. If you have 10 or less, they should all be in a single pool. If you have more than 10, you should stick your
ARO pieces (snipers, total reaction bots, and pieces that won't be doing a whole lot of active turn work) in your second pool while maximizing the number of orders in your active turn pool. If you have closer to 20 (say 16) then consider splitting your army into two relatively evenly split order pools.
With Ariadna you have a great deal of flexibility in regards to the number of orders you want to play with. More power units = fewer orders. I tend to play a lot of YAMS so I want fewer, harder models. The result of this is usually two order pool lists, one containing the majority of the army, and the other containing a few
ARO pieces. ITS greatly benefits two order pool lists (full if possible) with lots of specialists.
