Ok so i made this list one, but made a woopsadaisy on it and had to remake it, I know right now ravenwing are much stronger, but i wanted to make this a sort of fluffy list.
Deathwing Strike force: 905 PTS
Librarian in Terminator armor
Lions roar: combi plasma canon
Force axe
Level 2
Death wing command squad
Apothecary
Champion
Deathwing banner
Deathwing Terminator Squad
Chain fist
Assault cannon
+1 terminator (6 total)
Deathwing Terminator Squad
Chain fist
Cyclone missile launcher.
+1 terminator (6 total)
Ravenwing strike force: 595 pts
Sammael on jetbike
Ravenwing bike squad
Chain sword
Plasma gun
Ravenwing bike Squad
Chain sword
Grav gun
Ravenwing Command squad
Grenade launcher x1
apothecary
Champion
+1 black knight (5 total in the unit)
Ravenwing banner.
Pretty standard MO, Sammael in the command squad, to push them really far forward fast, abuse that 3+ rerollable jink on the command squad and the auto pass hit and run, while they harass the opponent, the other 2 ravenwing units move forward to drop off death wing troops. Not sure the best phyker powers to take for the librarian though.
Thoughts?

It's certainly thematic, though I'm not sure about Sammael - you might be better off with a cheaper HQ on a bike which will allow you more points to spend on the bike squads (more members / more special weapons / attack bike?).
As for powers, if you've got access to the new space marine ones I think there's one which allows you to re-roll saves - pretty nifty for the Deathwing. Otherwise you've got many options, as the deep strike will allay problems with short-ranged powers - Telepathy for Invisibility/Psychic Shriek, Divination for Prescience (re-rolls to hit in both the shooting phase and assault phase, excellent for DW), or Interromancy / Pyromancy for offensive powers.

I was thinking the same thing with Sammael, and in fact my original list, actually had a lib on a bike, and an extra term squad (lots of point shuffling) BUT turns out, the only HQ with the ravenwing special rule is Sammael so if i wanted to take the strike force i would HAVE to take him. Why GW only made 1 HQ with the Ravenwing special rule yet gave almost all other HQs the Deathwing special rule is beyond me.
I was thinking of running Interromancy simple to try and get mind wipe, because man, reducing an entire unit to 1 BS and WS seems powerful, but at the same time i thought about trying to go for shifting world scape to remove terrain and leave them out in the open for the bikes.

The Dark Angels FAQ ( linky) changes the restriction on the RW Strikeforce to allow any HQ on a bike to fill the slot (though they don't get the Ravenwing rule).
Note that this isn't the "draft FAQ" currently on GW's facebook page, it's the current official errata.

I believe they made an FAQ stating that any HQ on a bike can be used in the Ravenwing detachment but I'm not 100% sure.

Really? hmmmmm
Well that would change my list a bit, If i were to drop Sammael, i could pick up another Lib on a bike, make him level 2 so ill have more spells to toss around, granted i would loose the 3+ jink and only get a 4+ jink on him, unless there is a way to upgrade the lib on a bike to a skilled rider i dont know about.
so if i did that, it would free up 90 more points for me to do things with.

Skilled Rider is one of those wierd special rules (like slow and purposeful) that really should only affect the models with it, but instead affect the entire unit - as long as the Libby is attached to the RWCS unit (i.e. the BK's aren't dead) he gets +1 to his Jink (though doesn't get the re-roll). That said, he really shouldn't be placed to take fire anyway.

Oh wow, i did not realize that the skilled rider rule ends up getting transferred to all of those units, if thats the case, hmm, now im down to needting to fill 85 points. Could squeeze in 2 more terminators and and then idk, melta bombs

I think you've got enough terminators in the list already, I'd pump up the number of bikes so you don't end up with them getting shot off the board in the first turn.

And if you haven't built them yet, consider some Deathwing Knights instead of Terminators. One unit of Knights and one Command Squad makes a decent Deathwing Strike Force.

I'd take a Terminator out of theTerminator Squad and turn it into another Command Squad. Add a Black Knight to the Command Squad.
You upgrade one of the Knights into an Apothecary.

A Ravenwing Biker with Plasmagun model is 40 points, the same as a Black Knight model. It's clear which is more valuable. If you include bikers, give them all grav-guns.
And yes, dropping one of the three Deathwing units would yield 5-6 more Black Knights which are so much more effective.

Double posted, but thats a good point, I think im gonna make them all take grav guns, that was i can really abuse the relentless rule they all have and get 3 shots each.
Im gonna keep the terminators because its sorta a fluff army for me
