Cents can’t take pods, but can ride in empty ones picked up in the FA slot. And frankly, cents need some help to get into combat. They are going to be too slow on foot to catch anything but tarpits. Shooty cents are going to be better overall, but I think you might be able to make the assaults work in a less competitive environment. Just keep the captain with a SS between them and anything AP2, or they are going to evaporate.
One thing your list is lacking is mobility, especially on the scoring units. Rhinos/pods for the tacs would help a lot. Might also be worth swapping some of the sniper scouts for bolters and putting them in a LSS.
I’d pick one or the other for the sternguard’s combis. What you have now is a mix where half the squad is going to be shooting sub optimal guns at the target.
Not sure if the 3 vindi squadron is worth the points. You need all three in fighting trim to get the mega blast, and they can be fragile.
