Does anyone have any details on this mysterious chapter?

As far as I know they only exist in HH book 6, you're not likely to find more beyond what's there.

What we know is that they were a Raven Guard Chapter from before Corax was found who were sent off into the Ghoul Stars when Corax was purging Terran elements of the Legion. It's been speculated that they were responsible for wrecking the Night Lords' home sector near the end of the Heresy, but they don't appear to be under anyone's command.

I don't know if they're still around in M.41, given that there's a 13th Founding Raven Guard successor (the Death Spectres) keeping the Ghoul Stars under control these days there may be a story there if they do.
