So in reading about Chaos and Dark Eldar, I find that they take slaves and such for their own personal use. Has there been any fluff of these 2 armies fielding slaves to fight in their place? Would this make sense?

Iron Warriors use their human slaves to find minefields, cover razor wire, and expose artillery positions. And then use them for cannon fodder in battle.

I've seen it done; also Inquisition and Tau (after a fashion).
Several of my DE wracks are 'slave' Firewarriors, and my entire INQ army is 'slave' mutants. (Skaven.)

No need to be that exotic. The Imperial Guard uses penal legions. Of course there needs to be a "legal reason", a "crime" in the background for someone to be put into these legions. But as we all know, legality is a matter of power so it is easy for the to ensure recruitment rates are sufficient.

I'd even say you can make a case that most anyone born on Cadia is a slave, since they are auto-recruited into military service.
The entire population of Fenris are serfs at best and it's not a far stretch to call them slaves. Their masters/owners intentionally keep them on a low technological level and encourage traditions that cause a high level of mortality and a generally gakky life so that it will be "a great boon" and "an honor" and a noticeable increase in quality of life to be recruited into the space wolves. There they will have very little freedom and get no pay and very likely die in battle.
I wouldn't be surprised if there are marine chapters that have even worse methods of recruiting, such as raiding homes to steal away young children that seems to have the right talent.
Remember that the Imperium is fascist. There are slaves everywhere.

Aren't the Dark Eldars too proud to have slaves make war instead of themselves ? I always saw DE as very proud, and by doing war they can prove themselves above the others.

But you aren't a slave if you serve the State, as the State serves the people, and you are part of the people.
By serving the State, your are serving yourself
Aren't you ?

Is that a trick question mr Inquisitor?
Obviously I believe in the unconditional and unfathomable good of the Emperor, as it is manifest through the Empire and the millions of variations of States and as it is executed through all of his faithful and flawless servants. Especially as saying otherwise would immediately brand me a heretic, and we do not want that. No sir!
Speaking of "executed", is that a bolt pistol in your hand Inquisitor? Certainly I am far too unimportant to be graced with the spending of a boltshell? ... Right mr Inquisitor?

DE think engaging in battle is pleasurable. Using slaves in battle would be like sending slaves to a beach resort for them.
They do hire mercenaries, who loyalty is sometimes more reliable than their own kin. They also take beasts to battle, so you might imagine they taking a group of slaves gladiators into battle.
But an entire corps or army of slaves? Never
