The
LSS does not have Chapter Tactics, so might not benefit from your
CT. It’s been a while since I took a look at the fine print though. The
HF is a good pick though.
MMs are not bad either, it’s really a coin toss.
I understand the desire for WYSWYG, and play that way myself. If that’s the dread you have, field him. But he defiantly does have the
CT, and would get the boost on his flamer.
Good point about the Landspeeder Storm; I completely forgot about that. I'll just stick a Multi-Melta on there and drop the Melta Bombs. A combi-melta, two multi-meltas, and an assault cannon should be more than enough to handle any armor I run into during a 500 point game. I really would like a Heavy Flamer on my dreadnought for fluff reasons, but then again dropping over 20% of my points on a single model does make me a little uneasy. Here's my revised list:
