I want to make some lore for a special forces squad that consists of guardsmen with peculiar abilities, one being a powerful pskyer and another being a psychic blank. Is there a way to make it so that a blank's lack of soul does not interfere with the psyker's abilities?

If anyone is wondering, I'm making something similar to Cobra Unit from Metal Gear Solid

You might place them in a status tank encased in solid lead.
Not sure if it would work but is my best guess and you could at least try.

The other option would be to just ehm... eliminate the source.

According to Dan Abnett yes, yes they can.

It's done in the Pariah series with collars that they can turn on and off.

How about a daemon possessed tactical vest or harness that acts as the"sink" for the anti pysker pesence? so it doesn't affect anyone else

There's reference to a 'limiter' in the Ravenor books, it's a worn device that can functionally switch blank-ness on and off. Eisenhorn also operated with Bequin without any such device, though they didn't go into combat close to each other.

The primary purpose of the Culexus' Animus Speculum is to limit their null-powers.

Yes, in several books, including the Ravenor series, Blanks can wear inhibitor devices on their heads that limit the effects of their abilities.

Clear yes. The limiter has been around for 10000years. Mostly it's described to be similar to a dataslate in appearance. The opposite is true too, you can use devices to boast the null intensity/area. It's what the culexus assasin temple uses.

I lack a source on this but I'd assume the null rod and possibly psyk-out grenades are based on similar technology.

His pattern of returning alive after being declared dead occurred often enough during Cain's career that the Munitorum made a special ruling that Ciaphas Cain is to never be considered dead, despite evidence to the contrary.
