Can someone direct me to a list that displays ALL of the Individual Rulings Regarding Forge World in ALL of the Major Tournaments? (ITC, Adepticon, Vegas Open, Warhammer World etc)

I doubt you'll find a single list exactly because it's event specific, and they each put out out their own rules packet every year. Is there something specific you were looking to check on to see if it's allowed / etc (like Experimental Rules)?

Agreed. I think you're going to just have to check with the various event organizers, with the understanding that the rules today may change tomorrow.

In other words, you might find out that the shiny new FW model you want to buy is legal for most events today, but might not be legal for some events tomorrow.

Is there a specific FW model you're concerned about?
