Looking good and well themed.

Three quick points:
Are you taking any upgrades on the phobos to bring it up to 250? Its listed as 225 in my book.

Consider dropping the multimelta on the jetbikes.
A single multimelta isnt really going to threaten most vehicles, but 3 heavy bolters can hurt isolated squads.

Consider swapping the contemptor for a contemptor-mortis with TL autocannons to deal with any air support.

Removing the multimelta and taking a contermptor mortis might give you the points to bulk up the Kakophoni to full 10 man squads.

Its fun but the lack of Apothecaries is going to cost you, so is having primarily cc squads in rhinos.
