Looking to see if I can get Magnus into a 1500 point list as that is the common size for my area. I realize it seems cheesy but would only bring to competitive games where opponents agree and not to fun and fluffy games.

Of course Magnus on his own isn't that great - he needs warp charges from other sources to unlock his full potential otherwise he is just a point sink (IMO). I think this list is legal?? and should have lots of warp charges for Magnus to play with. Would love some feedback and comments. (trying to avoid going with TS rubrics and termies as they are alot of points for very few warp charges)

1486 still a few points to put somewhere - any suggestions?

Blue scribes are trash, the brimstone formation gets you very little. I'd be looking at a Daemon CAD with maybe the herald formation to bring up WC on the cheap wile remaining useful and ensuring that Magnus can have some protection when he needs it with cursed earth while summoning to make up for your lack of troops initially. Then take Magnus is a CAD that is sans the deamon prince since he's an expensive waste of points who is going to be sucking away WC from magnus if he wants to be anything other than an easy kill.
