If i were you i'd switch out one soul reaper to buff up the sorcerer to an exalted. he comes with most of the things you already bought Aura etc but is also a mastery level two base so that will really buff your psychic power on the board. also having a orbital attack doesn't hurt. also if you make the switch you'll have 25 points left over. you could either choose to make the exalted a mastery level three, give him a sigil of corruption, or give him a spell familiar which is my personal favorite of the three options.
So if you do that you will have a 10 man rubric squad without a soulreaper which is still good but if you dropped one marine you could replace him with three flamers in the unit. this will help a lot against hoards for you it also opens up a rhino for the exalted to go into.

You don't have a huge amount of options at 1k, but you're probably making the best of a bad lot with what you have. Be aware that your rhinos are relatively easy first blood and that your sorc and oblits are going to attract str8+ guns like no tomorrow. The unfortunate thing with the rubrics getting their cannon at 10 men is that there's no room to hide your sorceror in there with them.
By my count, you've got 39 points remaining. That's good enough for the Astral Grimoure so your Oblits aren't so slow and you can move your rubricae around once they get out of their rhino (one way or the other). Jam a melta bomb on one of the aspiring sorcerors and job's a goodun'.
