Hi guys wanted some advice on how to build my army

Daemons

HQ
Fateweaver (dont have)
Herald of Tzeentch on Disc (dont have)

Troops
11x Pink Horrors
11x Pink Horrors
3x Nurglings (dont have)

Fast Attack

3 or 6 Screamers (dont have)
3x Plague Drones (dont have)

KDK

HQ
Bloodthirster (not sure which)
Skullltaker

Troops
10x Bloodletters
10x Bloodletters

Fast Attack
5x Flesh Hounds
5x Flesh Hounds

I also have 2 soul grinders, 3 bloodcrushers and a skull cannon i could put in i need advice on kdk formations but also would like the following answered:

- is it worth getting a 3rd grinder for the formation, or should i put them with kdk for blood tithe
- is it worth getting a possessed to run the core kdk formation or is CAD obsec better
- charnel cohort or go gorepack and forget the crushers
-keep skulltaker with kdk or put him on a juggernaught with daemons
- can this work its basically a half tzeentch half kdk list or am i not gonna have enough warp charges.

Havent counted up the points not sure if everything can fit in this points range but any advice on what to keep and what not to bother with would be helpful.

I am having a hard time seeing what you are trying to do as a tactic. what is your plan? (aka what makes this list defeat the enemy?)

Well i picked alot of the best units from both codexes.

the horrors will sit back and summon
soul grinders will throw phlegm down, may take 1 into melee (depending if i make them daemon or kdk)
bloodthirster flies up to kill what he can, while fateweaver does psychic stuff
flesh hounds scout and get in asap
screamers and grinders deal with AV
if i use bloodletters they will deepstrike with skulltaker
