So I recently received the genestealer cult half of the deathwatch Overkill box but to my dismay I didn't receive any bases. I also have no idea what size bases I'll need for this set. Can anyone help me out. What sizes do I need and whI have models on which.

Patriarch is on a 50mm base (the oval base is meant to be for the bike)

Neophytes are on 25mm bases, except for the ones with mining lasers, who go on 32mm bases.

Acolytes and Aberrants are on 32mm bases.

IIRC the Magus and Primus are inconsistent. I believe the DW:O box puts them on 25mm bases.
However they fit better on 32mm, and I think GW has shown them on 32mm in the past. Possibly the broodcoven box puts them on 32mm? Don't know anyone that has bought them separately from DW:O to confirm.

Yeah, the store page here shows them on 32mm bases. (my primus is on the 25mm that came with DW:O, and his feet touch each edge of the base)

Well since Space Marines can be on 32mm bases, do what you want. I am putting my minis on 32mm bases, it really does look a lot better on the bigger bases.

I never got around to do the Neophyte Hybrids yet, so might stick them on the 25mm bases.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.
