This this is my take on ScreamerStar using Oracles & Anarchic formations. Although Belakor could cast Invis on the Screamers, as long a Grimiore goes off, it might be better to cast Shrouding so that the Screamers, FW & the LoC all get a 2+ re-rollable Jink as long as they stay near him.

Any tactically advice using ScreamerStar or Fateweaver? I've played Daemons for years, but have stayed away for these units

This is almost exactly my Tzeentch list! I have an extra LoC and the Blue Scribes instead of Belakor. (Oh, and I don't own Nurglings, so Horrors instead.)

Fatey is there for some psychic shooting, Vector Strike, and most importantly his two re-rolls: the 1D6 and the Warp Storm. He should never land, and also never leave the battlefield. As a Daemon player you prolly already have a handle on WC management, but Fatey especially will eat ALL your dice if you're not careful.

I'd recommend the Locus of Trickery for the Screamers. Unlike some Stars, they need a lot of upkeep on top of their profile in order to survive. The 2+ jink will be great for them....until they get into CC. Forewarning and Cursed Earth are vital for them.
Screamers do best against minor units and hordes, and less well against tough nuts. Hit those things with the Turbo Boost attack.

Yeah, Fatey eating all the WC and never being able to land and help in CC are pretty much the 2 reasons I haven't taken him since 5th ed. But now with the Oracles bonuses and the improved lore of Change (both the D-shot & summoning a chariot are particular favorites) have made Fatey appealing to me

Thanks for the tips!

For the same points as the 2x 11 Blues, I could get 11 Pinks with an Icon. The icon would help for Summoning and the split rule should end up producing the same 22 Blues.
But is it worth losing 1 WC from the start? Or the ability to be in different places?
