Looks good-ish to me. It's definitely not top-tier but you're going to be fine for casual play and can build to be decently competitive. You've got decent body count and board control. My recommendation is that you focus the hexwraith as denial units. A few misions require that no enemy models be within x distance, in my experience, hexwraiths do that with infuriating efficiency.
Nefferata is good, the best of the mortarchs in my opinion since she provides good bonuses that are not hampered in matched play.
