First of all I want to apologise if this question was resolved on a previous post, also just in case it's an stupidity of mine. I don't think the rules are clear enough when the following profile of a weapon is used in CC: range 12" S2 AP- pistol, burst, shred. How many shots should a weapon like this have in CC? If it includes +1 Attack because it has a second melee weapon? And if it is charging?

You can't generally shoot in CC with a pistol weapon, rather, pistols count as a CCW with "Strength: User, AP: -". Unless a special rule says otherwise, the shooting profile of a pistol has nothing to do with what it does in close combat.

A pistol is not a CCW in itself (has no profile)
It counts as a CCW for determining if you get +1A.
So CCW + Pistol = +1A
Charge + 1A for a total of +2A to the listed profile.

It gives you +1 attack if you have the pistol and another close combat weapon. This is because in close combat pistols are counted as close combat weapons. That's all it does.
