Guard Heavy Weapon Crewman

Sup Ya'll
I'm going to make a cadian sniper team out of regular guardsmen using the correct legs but i have no idea on how to go about making his arms line up properly.
Any ideas and help are much appreciated!

The arms should be fine. It's the head that might cause problems. I did a couple of prone Guardsmen for my Dundedin force and you need to trim away the back collar of the flak vest quite a lot to make it sit prooerly. I think I also needed to add in some GS at the neck to disguise the join

For the HB guy I used the vehicle pintle trigger arm and the missile launcher arm.

Any idea on how i could get arms to line up with a sniper rifle ?
