So? What do you all think is better: being able to Soulburst, or Deep Strike starting turn 1?

I am preparing for a tourney in a month and have the points for 4 Vypers and 2 units of BG WIndriders.
My list also has a WK, 4 Troop Scatterbikes, some single Khymera, WWP D-scythe WG, Autarch and 2 BikeSeers. But I am not really trying to discuss the list, I only reference it for my needs

At the present, I am will be putting the Vypers as the USF, and I'm leaning towards taking the BG bikes as Elites in the Reborn host. Since vehicles do not benefit from SfD, this makes sense and they can provide easy Soulbursts if I need them. Vypers are also enough of a threat that they cannot be ignored.
Having the bikes as Ynnari means that when they come in, they can do so near each other and near any surviving Vypers to and gain some Soulbursting
But if I put them in the USF (and combine my 4 Vypers into units of 2) then they might come in on Turn 1

I am not really sure which is better.

Since Black Guardians as Ynnari can't soulburst on arrival (due to being 9+" away) I'd stay with the Strikeforce for the turn 1 arrival. Preferred Enemy to Chaos stuff is a nifty bonus, and the null deploy options really are.

I think I've come to the same conclusion. Coming in turn 2 with jetbikes really isn't much of an advantage even with the no-scatter Deep Strike. They are fast enough to get decent angles and range. The turn 1 Deep Strike really is best.
