It's the Freakshow list, I think. Jimsolo's beautiful little abomination.

Peregrine - If you like the army buy it, and don't worry about what one random person on the internet thinks.

There's a load of Jimsolo's comments about how to run it, and how it has run, here. on Dakka
It sounds fun, and I might look into trying it one day.

The really funny thing to do with the combined-Ld-debuff list is fish for Mirror of Minds, since it lets you RFP anything with a Leadership value with no chance of failure (if you cast it successfully on a target whose Ld has been reduced to 5 or below).
Not reliable, but funny.

I won a tourney this past weekend using a mini-LD deathstar I took a Reborn Host + Eldar CAD (because I like Hornets and the Inferno Lance WK) In my Reborn Host I had 5 D-scythe WG with a WWP Archon and a Shadowseer. The Archon had Armour of Misery (-2 LD) and the Shadowseer had Mask of Secrets (-2 LD) and I rolled on Telepathy. Drop in, Shriek a unit with -4LD. If it dies, Soulburst shoot the D-scythes. A fun thing that happened in a practice game prior to the tourney was a face off against Celestine in a Command Bike Marine unit. Shreik did nothing because Celestine is darn near unkillable....until I hit the unit wil D-scythes. 19 hits caused her to die (along with the rest of the unit) and prior to removing her, she took her LD test (at -4) to place her "get back up" counter. She failed and stayed dead. It was awesome. In the tourney, this unit died in every single game, but not before killing a key enemy unit or 2. And then they became a fire magnet that allowed the rest of my army to remain unscathed for at least a turn (which can be a big deal for Eldar). -

it sounds great, but is it effective against lets say space marines?

It is the most effective against Space Marines as it just deletes units.
Space Marines are more likely to have points investing into units, so dropping in WWP WG can be more devastating to them than say Orks.
If you know what you are doing (i.e. you know the rules really well), you can potentially kill 3 units in 1 turn with this mini-deathstar
Step 1: drop in between several enemy units. making sure to maximize how many template can touch 2 different units
Step 2: Shriek a unit that is close to both the Archon and Shadowseer to ensure -4LD, potentially killing that unit
Step 3: Soulburst and shoot with the D-scythes, potentially killing another unit.
Step 4: In your proper shooting phase, shoot another unit with the D-scythes, potentially killing a third unit
On average, you will be killing at least 2 units. Shriek might not kill an entire unit and your templates might not reach the whole unit if it's big enough, but combined, you should be able to kill 1-2 units every time you use this unit.

i've checked it out but i dont think its clear enough.
should i only run ld debuffs or should i mix in some units to hunt down the fleeing ones?
i know 1 model thet im going to get so far and thats the death jester because of the death is not enough rule.
i might throw in some psykers
what kind of infantry shold i use?
im either running a haemonulus with the armor of whatever or a archon with the same stuff
my core is based around de or haemonculus covens

There's a massive amount about how to run it here and Jimsolo's other articles:

On the other hand a couple of weeks ago I D scythed a Ravenwing command squad with Celestine in it and she tanked 11 out of 13 wounds, only her two cheerleaders died.
