The Senior Officer is in charge of the company, with the Command Platoon under him and with Lts heading up the Infantry Platoons. I assume that Conscripts and Armored Fists are assigned to the Lt of the Infantry Platoon they are taken with, but who is in direct command of Veteran and Rough Rider Units? Are they assigned to the CHQ on of the PHQs or are they auxiliary with no direct commander?

Specialised units normally come under direct command of the C.O or in this case the Senior officer.

Armoured Fists are also under the command of the C.O. they are loaned to, being that they're borrowed for support from a mechanized company.
