It has been mentioned that the Great Horned Rat is one of the few Chaos entities to have ever manifested directly into the world.

I was wondering if there was info of what happened each time he did.

Back in Fantasy, all 133 Grey Seers got together in Skavenblight alongside representatives of all Skaven Clans to summon the Horned Rat in an attempted to end the civil war. They succeeded, he popped up, ate a bunch of Skaven and told them to get their gak together and inherit the world. When he disappeared he left a big warpstone collum inscribed with 'Skaven 10 commandments' and describing the laws of the New Council of 13. Any Skaven that could touch the collum and not turn into ash could join the council, or attempted to challange and kill a member to take their place.

This is when the Skaven actually started to function as a faction going towards one ultimate goal.

If he's done something similar in AoS fluff I'm not sure, but AoS fluff has gods manifesting all over the place and personally leading armies, so I doubt he's done anything singularly unique there.

*By Chaos entities you mean Gods? Slaanesh arguably manifested herself in the middle of the Isle of the Dead during End Times, but I guess the Isle of the Dead might as well be half warp so i'm not sure if it counts.

In Warbeast the chief skaven priest summons the Horned Rat's pestilence aspect. A lot of slaves and other priests die, stff turns to ooze, but eventually a bargain is struck (You can get something important for me, have this cool power, but fail me and you'll suffer miserably blah blah)

Hah, well played!

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

That's cool yah I knew about that Horned Rat manifestation, I had heard there was more?

Also could you tell me the details on that Slaanesh manifestation. Didn't know about that at all!
