In my Skaven Pestilens armylist, my Plague Furnace bears the keyword Plague Priest.

Does this mean that, in each of its Hero Phases, it can use Master Of Rot And Ruin AND Pestilent Prayers twice (one re-roll per prayer) as per GH2017 p145 if it is my General?

From my understanding, while the Plague Furnace does have the keyword Plague Priest, the model itself is not a Plague Priest as what the conditional text on the Liber Bubonicus calls for. I cannot benefit from doubling up on Pestilent Prayers, but it can replace Noxious Prayers with Pestilent Prayers.

If there is a ruling to allow for the Plague Furnace to get two rounds of Pestilent Prayers, that'd be excellent. Unfortunately I can't find anything on it.

I think it would get one use of each, since the item doesn't override noxious prayers.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.
