I just picked up a land raider 2nd hand. The previous owner used fairly thick layers of spray paint. Is purple power the best recipe or should I go straight to brake fluid? I've never had to strip a model of spray paint other than standard primer.

Do not use brake fluid...as in ever. That stuff is nasty and has to be disposed of at a hazmat facility, NOT down the drain!!!

Super Clean or Purple Power has taken off everything I've ever tried, is much safer and can be disposed of normally.

Whenever I've used brake fluid in the past, I always took it to my local auto parts store with my used oil and such.

I'll definitely invest in PP since I sell it where I work. Plus I'll need lots to do a LR.

Thanks!

Isopropyl alcohol. Not as toxic and it'll strip most things clean.
