Grenade harness for the terminators is pretty minor help. S3 blasts arent' super hot and bonus you have is preeetty minimal help for squad with _1_ weapon you benefit from that. Nothing more interesting you could take like combi weapon to HQ?

I just didn't put a combi weapon on my Reaver Lord because I was specking him out more for melee, but since I plan to add him to my 5 man cata squad I could replace the grenades for combi plasma.

Also are rad grenades worth it?

Rad grenades are awesome unless you're already wounding on a 2+.
Swap out the grenade harness for another powerfist.
