I'm looking to convert 4 armies over from square to round bases, and don't want to buy direct from GW - any alternatives for oval bases below out there-
75X42
50x25
90x52
60x32
120x92
170x105

Plus the large 100mm oval bases.

I know about ebay, but there isn't much cheap there, same as from the official packs. And Aliexpress only seems to have large flying bases and circular bases for sale.

Anyone know of anywhere else?

I don't know of anyone else making exactly-matching oval bases, outside of perhaps some laser-cut MDF companies. Are you looking for similar plastic bases, or will MDF work?

In the states, I just go to Hobby Lobby or Michael's and get a bag of wood cut-out ovals. I was lucky enough that my local stores have ovals that almost exactly match the 35x60mm and the 42x72mm bases. Very cheap, btw. I got 20+bases for about the same cost as 5 "official" citadel bases

I'd recommend hitting up the equivalent hobby/craft store and scour the wood craft section

I have shifted totally across to the MDF Bases, apart from when someone one wants a resin cast base or specific job. Grab them in bags of 100.

Easy enough to find on eBay, and they are cheap enough. depending on if you are UK or USA based but a search will find you a company.

As for attaching decent superglue, or for heavier models I tend to pin them.
