I'm painting a Harlequin chainsword and struggling to think of a suitable colour to paint the hilt of the weapon.

The sword itself is a bright yellow, and I'd like to keep the gloves black, but still paint the hilt in a colour that will be able to match the fusion pistol in the other hand. I thought perhaps white, or gold, but neither seem entirely appropriate.

The link to my blog with the miniature in question is here: https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/765691.page

Advice would be welcome received! Thanks in advance.

I´d go for purple or red.

Purple is yellows complimentary colour, but red should also work.
