I'm normally pretty good at identifying old minis, especially from GW but this one has me stumped

Spoiler:

spoilered due to image size, as I wanted to post the clearest photo I could

the base has SKALY? (? is a blob that could be another letter) or something similar on one side, and © GW 96 (best guess although those could also be an 8 and a 5)

very musclely, much bigger than a human of the time (think todays ork nob), patches of scales especially on the head),a tail

I think the primitive gun is meant to have a harpoon/spear in the barrel too but that bit's missing

anybody recognise him?

A little bit of righteous anger now and then is good, actually. Don't trust a person who never gets angry.

You appear to be missing the other part of his gun (the actual spear).
