Hi there

A heated discussion about infiltrating rapier batteries arent allowed.... but others again say that they can.

So is there someone in here that can clarify this?

Have a referance to show for?

How does the ruling state?

Chapter Tactics reads Infantry (except Terminators) gain Infiltrate and Fleet.

INFANTRY. Rapiers are Artillery.

The Crew are Infantry, and the rulebook states that a Unit containing at least one model with Infiltrate...
It's the same argument that allows Alpha Legion to do it; the Crew have Infiltrate and can move the gun into position prior to the battle.

In light of this information I have scanned the rules in more depth and can find no RAW grounds to object, though I really feel like I should.
