Inquisitors! By the decree of the God-Emperor, we announce that Inquisitor - Martyr 2.0 is set to be released on the 28th of May on PC and a bit later on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The aim of the patch is to elevate Martyr's qualities to be more in-line with the traditions of the ARPG genre, with changes such as:
- Faster, smoother gameplay experience for all three playable classes
- Progression system rebuilt from scratch
- Level cap increased from 80 to 100
- Story Campaign, Seasons 1 & 2 are now playable in online co-op (2-4 players)
- Expanded and revised loot system (new item tier, new item types, new enchants)
- Expanded and revised crafting
- New end-game modes
- Other quality of life improvements
- And many more
About time! Combat right now is still horribly clunky and slow, plus not being able to play the campaign and other story missions in coop was a missed opportunity. Maybe this will breathe some new life into the game, but it may be too little, too late at this stage.
Are they adding some permanance to the co-op players experience? Found it really annoying that they can only play pre-builts and if they play a different archetype than you drops are wasted.

I don't know much about the game beyond what I saw in a few trailers but I did watch the ending on a youtube playthrough. I won't spoil anything but that ending was definitely a letdown. I wonder how many days on a single weekend the dev team devoting to creating it from scratch to finish. SSI 40k games from the late 90s had more spectacle that this one did.

I'm not going to re-read the lunacy that is the last few pages of this thread, but I'd be very surprised if anyone actually said that. Even that one guy banging on about how relatively difficult it might be for an Inquisitor to acquire power armour, I don't think even that guy said that.
Clunky and slow combat, a cumbersome uncooperative camera, a poorly done single player campaign that abruptly ends and dodgy voice work, to name a few things.
As mentioned above the game leaves very much to be desired, it also shows a number of rather poor decisions from the developers. It have also a very quetisionable build when it comes to stability
