I bought 2 Kult of Speed boxes a year ago and can't figure out what this sprew is, or how to build it. No instructions for it in the box. Why does one of them look like they have a harness going upwards?

That is an Ork boys sprue. It contains bits to convert some of the regular boyz into specialists like nobs, tankbustas, big shoota operators etc for the mob. The torso belongs to a loota boy and a gun harness would attach to it.

Slight correction, the torso bit is for use with the ammo/rokkit backpacks. (For big shoota or rokkit launcha boyz).
