Not sure it'll help a lot. Those three psyk-out grenades are going to run you 265pts for ten Destroyers with jump packs under the playtest datasheet. Realistically you're not going to be able to drop enough within 8" to one-round the Warlord if the other guy screens it at all, so we're really looking at 295pts for the psyk-out missiles, and you need fifteen squads (4,425pts) to one-round it. Then you need Day of Revelation to coordinate their arrival, plus nuncio-voxes, plus first turn or the Warlord wipes whatever else of your army is deployed on the table.
Psyk-out grenades are useful for fighting Thousand Sons and Daemons. If you want to kill the Warlord anti-Warlord weapons will get you a lot further than anti-psyker weapons.
