I bought a Lord of Change and saw a cool looking custom base I Want to buy its 120 mm but the lord of change comes on a 100 mm base. Is that too much of a difference can I get away with it? I only play casual games with my friends so being tournament legal isn't an issue. I just want to know if that size difference is too absurd looking on a model.

Shouldn't be too big of an issue for a model that size. If anything it'll make it harder to position.
