Subject: How would you replicate this blue colour?

Im not a fan of how GW paint The Bladed Cog in the GSC codex so I’m trying to get a finish that is close to the blue of the cultist’s clothing in the artwork, any ideas?

Bit of black and ultramarine blue. Just keep adding a little bit of black until it looks like the picture. I may be wrong though, but i feel i could get that color doing what i said.

The Fang/P3 Denim, shade with a mix of black or P3 Coal Blacks, highlight with a mix of a lighter blue grey.

The Fang washed with nuln oil, layered with the fang and highlighted with Russ Grey if you want to use Citadel paints.
