While I am happy that Chaos Space Marines were able to get new stratagems, I was wondering why Black Legion didn't get any? Were they involved in the second volume or were they absent? Seems pretty strange to have the poster boys of Chaos being given nothing.

GW said "everyone gets something" in PA. BL have not directly benefited yet. One could argue the daemon weapons cover that though.

If bl got nothing then no drukhari or Eldar sunfaction got anything, all our rules were generic.

Fair point, but in Codex: Chaos Space Marine 2.0, they incorporated the new units into it, but left out the stratagems for Black Legion. Unless I would have to buy Vigilius Ablaze?

CSM Dex 2.0 is a total sham, but yea, you need vigilus ablaze for Black Legion. It also has a (pretty meh) black legion only detachment and accompanying relic.
FRom faith and fury you're only getting some additional rules that have been rolled into astartes models (jsut the ones that have so far only been in faqs and such) and the daemon weapons

That's not what GW said at all. They posted a picture of symbols for factions that would receive something in PA. Chaos Space Marines were indeed one of those symbols, but there was nothing specific to BL.
