Hi All,

Apologies if this is a dumb question. I'm thinking about getting into AoS, and I'm considering Ogors as an option. I remember that a new Tyrant model was previewed a while ago.
Spoiler:
This guy:

I assumed he'd have come out with the recent army book, but can't see him on the GW webstore. Has he actually been released yet?

Thanks!

He was released in a duel box with the Ossiarch Bonereapers. Both the Reapers unique character in that box and the new Tyrant were only sold in that box- Feast of Bones.

It's now sold out and so comes the long wait for GW to get up and put the model out for individual sale.

That said you should be able to find a decently priced copy on ebay or one of the facebook groups or even in a forum.

To build off what Overread said, for whatever reason we seem to be waiting a long time between Battlebox(what these two player sets are called by GW) and General Release for AoS.

There's currently two sets(Carrion Empire[Skaven vs Flesh Eater Courts] and Looncurse [Sylvaneth vs Gloomspite Gitz]) ahead of Feast of Bones' unique models. It might be that GW is prepping for a big character wave drop for AoS and an event or something like that.

You can currently pick this guy up for £20 on eBay too.
Ironically it’s a good price as it’s the same as an average armies character from GW.

Great model though and sadly they are holding back on the battle box hero’s.

To add on to kans post, the new aetherwars set has 2 more hero’s that aren’t released too.

Hence why I said 'ahead of Feast of Bones'

Right now the Tyrant is cheaper than what GW will likely release it for ($40-50), a good time to snag it.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.
