Looking for suggestions

Vague threads are almost as annoying as, you know. That other.... thing. You know the one.

Mind giving us some context clues as to why you are looking for an alt. Do you not like the sculpt? Do you not want a duplicate? You'll get far more beneficial info than from posting a thread with a grand total of three words in it.

Probably doesn't want to spend $60 bucks on the thing.

I think this: https://www.reapermini.com/search/skeleton/latest/03745 + green stuff could be the basis of a decent conversion.
If that's too small, Reaper also makes several skeletal giants & dragons that could provide a cost effective base.

Because its difficult to give recommendations without knowing the reason you don't want to use the original. Whether its price, how it looks etc. That will inform recommendations.

Also because low effort topics are likely to get low effort replies.

I saw someone using the Shard of C'tan (nightbringer) as a mourngul, as well as an awesome conversion from a plastic AOS giant…

I once used a reaper water elemental and painted it to be a blood elemental which served as a counts-as mourngul. Think there's still pictures in my gallery.

Looks small though ninth... how big is it?

It is a bit short, were I to do it again I would raise it up more. That said the mourngul isn't very big either. The scythe guy is an Ultraforge plague demon.
