I played all Daemons for oldhammer, and always loved Be’lakor

Got the new AOS campaign book for my wife, who runs the new Death army, and was curious of the combo-Daemons

What other books are needed to run the army?

How viable gameplay is it?

Each god has its own book. So there is a khorne book, a tzeentch book, a slaanesh book, and a nurgle book.

How viable is it? Are you talking tournament power?

If you don't already have all the god-specific tomes, I would recommend using the app.

Yeah, you can basically just use the warscrolls for the units you can take, as you won't be getting any allegiance abilites other than Be'lakors fancy new army.

you'll need the warscrolls which can be found in the app and on the gw site.

Be warned that it is more of a narrative army; it isn't designed to compete with an optimized matched play list.
