Some time ago, I bought the Necromunda Ambot robots, and after some time I've decided to paint them up in my Necron colors and add them as terminator-like/ravener warriors to my Necrons.

I haven't use them in game yet, so this is what I was thinking for stats ...

NECRON SCARAB WARRIORS

M 5" ; WS 3+; BS 4+; S 5; T 5; W 3; A 2; Ld 10; Sv 2+

This unit contains 2 Scarab Warriors. It may include up to 3 additional Scarab Warriors. Each model is equipped with crushing claws and flesh hooks.

WEAPONS
Crushing claws; R melee; T Melee; S x2; AP -3; D D3; When attacking with this weapon, you must subtract 1 from the hit roll
Sawblades; R melee; T melee; S x2; AP -4; D 2; When attacking with this weapon, you must subtract 1 from the hit roll
Particle Caster: R 12"; T pistol 1; S 6; AP 0; D 1
Tesla Caster: R 9"; T pistol 1; S 5; AP 0; D 1; Each hit roll of 6+ with this weapon causes 3 hits instead of 1.
Flesh Hooks: R 6"; T pistol 2; S 4; AP 0; D 1

WARGEAR OPTIONS
The entire unit may purchase Particle Casters or Tesla Casters. The entire unit may upgrade its Crushing Claws to Sawblades.

ABILITIES
Subterranean Assault: During deployment, you can set up a Scarab Warrior squad underground instead of placing it on the battlefield. At the end of any of your Movement phases, the Scarab Warriors can burrow to the surface - set them up anywhere on the battlefield that is more than 9" away from any enemy models.

FACTION KEYWORDS
NECRONS, <DYNASTY>

KEYWORDS
BEASTS, SCARAB WARRIORS

Points??? - I'm thinking 45; Sawblades 6; Particle Caster 4; Tesla Caster 6 ?

Shouldn't they either be Canoptek or have Reanimation and BS3+?

They're a lot like Deathshroud Terminators, similar toughness and Sv characteristics with no invul, and no bodyguard or character buff rules. Damage is similar but slightly worse shooting and one less attack (two in the first round of combat) and no champion. Deathshroud Terminators are 42 pts so I'd put your unit at 35 pts (which would make them worse than Deathshroud Terminators, Destroyers and Heavy Destroyers), if I wanted to push them towards competitive I'd put them at 26. Particle casters are 2 pts in the Necron Codex, which is about right, consider that replacing a bolter with a storm bolter is 2 pts for SM, that's 2 additional S4 shots at 12" or 1 shot at 24", compared to 1 shot at 12" S6 no shots at 24" range. Not really worth it, but 1 pt is getting close to the auto-include territory, I'd probably put them at 1,5 or something and prefer options being bad to auto-include so without half-pts you're left with 2 pts. The tesla caster is worse on this unit because it's only R9" and as such worthless out of Deep Strike, I'd put it at 2 pts as well. Upgrading powerfists to chainfists is usually 2 pts, so I'd have sawblades at 2 pts since your weapons seem to be renamed versions of powerfists and chainfists.

The faceplates look Canoptek, there's something of the Spyder about them.

Thanks for the comments so far ... I had considered Canoptek, but held back on it as at the time. Does seem to fit.

On the Deathshroud Terminators, does the cost listed include powerfists? As these models have that cost baked in.

I also missed on the models that they can carry a ranged weapon on each arm, so they should upgrade to have 2 Particle Casters or 2 Tesla casters.

I'm also wondering if I should drop the Crushing Fists to "regular attacks" (S 5, AP -1, D 1) and drop their cost by the cost of a powerfist, and keep sawblades as is (and up their cost to Chainfists). Likely also up the # of Attacks (3 or 4?) as these are meant to be melee beasts attacking with both fists.

Deathshroud Terminators are S5 with +3 from their manreapers 5+3=4x2 so same Strength and otherwise the same profile as a powerfist. The Terminator's base cost is 25 and their weapons cost 17, so 42 total. Their weapons also allow them to re-roll 1s to wound. I don't really care where you go in regards to how killy or tough you make them, I'm just here to discuss balance.

The Deathshroud Terminator cost is way underpriced and the weapon is way overpriced but I think it comes to a fair total. The problem arises with the Lord of Contagion which can get +1S and +1D for 3 pts. Something that should probably be at least 10 pts more and maybe as much as 30 more relative to the manreaper.
